Let me try to hit home on this minimal aspiration of 
humanity that would finally qualify us as humans. Any 
health project will be senseless if we continue the 
hypocrisy of self-deceiving.
Therefore, our choice is not: to have or not to have 
health care?  But rather, we must, once for all, choose 
one of the other of the following pairs with committed 
consistency: prevention or cure, fitness or sickliness, 
food or medicine, outdoor or hospital, herb medicine or 
vaccine, vitality or longevity, and subsistence or 
overpopulation.
Lastly, we must place pandemic in an uncompromising 
position of importance.  In its management, focus 
should be only on early detection, back up by herb 
medicine to uphold immunity.  The concentration will 
only be on prevention of spreading, rather than curing 
of the infected.
The pandemic should be looked upon as the worst of 
wars.  Dissenters, if cannot be moved out of the way, 
will be waste away.  And any leader who is found to 
endanger others will be shot on the spot.
