PEACE DEAL                                                        
WHY BOTHER WRITING THIS ESSAY?                              
TO MAKE A PEACE DEAL TO BENEFIT U.S. AND CHINA?             
Since the bell tolled on China Rise,                        
Americans should realized that                              
the hunting season for the                                  
the Indian-look-alike Asians is over.                       
Furthermore, once off their compulsory opium habits,        
the Chinese are coming back to their roles                  
as the custodian of the world.                              
It is now evident that China will be able                   
to catch up with America in military power                  
within a decade.                                            
Meanwhile, America is panick-striken by                     
the huge loan it borrowed from China                        
in order to maintain a military superiority,                
but, ironically, also for the purpose                       
of preventing China from asking the money back.             
Finally, soon the expenses of China-U.S. arms race          
will be shown to be a total waste,                          
when China and America reach military parity.               
Then, the weapons will become useless.                      
But the loan will stay.                                     
Only option left is WWIII.                                  
Are we all willing to die                                   
for a miserly few trillion dollars?                         
                                                            
WHAT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM?                                    
THE COMPUTER CAN ARBITRATE THE PEACE DEAL?                  
A calculaton has been performed to find out                 
how much America spent to achieve                           
its military superiority over China.                        
The answer is $23 trillions.                                
While in 2020 alone, the U.S. deficit jumped                
from $20 trillions to $27 trillions.                        
this means that we still have time to make a                
peace deal, but not much time.                              
So, instead of holding the bags on the                      
huge useless arsenals when the time comes,                  
with America, still stuck with the unpayable deficit,       
can China and America just stop the                         
burning of money on weapons,                                
and let China and the rest of the                           
America creditor nationa buy back America                   
out of its debts with a plan to                             
turn swords to plowshed?                                    
                                                            
HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
