WHAT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM?                                    
WEAPONS ARE NECESSARY TO UPHOLD DEFICIT?                    
Larger deficit needs bigger weapons.                        
America is bedeviled to built more weapons.                 
Othe nations have no choice but to catch up.                
                                                            
HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?                                  
DEFICIT MUST BE CORRELATE TO COST OF WAR?                   
The two must reach equilibrium for beneficial exchange.     
ROBACUS needs to compute deficit and cost of weapon,
