人脑+电脑=>电脑智慧>>人工智慧<封建XXX->∞
我们得分析多少古石上的文字和记号才可知道那时他
们在忙些什么? 但今天一切都方便了多了，但有时却
讲死也没人相信我们将来应该做些什么。就不如让我
刻出以上的文字和记号，来引导人们去做对的事，而
不陷入支途。
"人脑+电脑=>电脑智慧"是来表示，人脑加电脑是
用来发挥电脑的智慧。
"电脑智慧>>人工智慧"是来提醒电脑智慧是比，那
用电脑来发挥出来的人工智慧要强的多了。
"<封建XXX"意思是，一切智慧都要由封建去封住
和过滤，以免走上邪道，甚至造成人类的自毁。
"封建XXX->∞"是封建最终的任务就是去限制智慧
和科学的无止尽发展。
以下的解释是普通人用不着懂得，但去真正实行的人
可非懂不可。
电脑的速度和记忆都要比人脑强很多。 而人脑的强项
是很多人脑可以在一个电脑上干活。再加上，电脑和
人脑犯的错基本上是不同性质的，因此他们是可以互
相过滤对方的错误。
以上三点就是说，人脑要一起合作去增加电脑的智慧，
而且我们要让电脑去代表人类的集体智慧。
要达到这个目标，我们首先需要建立一个创造电脑智
慧的根基。 那个根基要可让所有人脑无缝地在同样一
个电脑上工作。 而他们个人的作业必须可被别人也看
的懂。 而且电脑自己不但要懂，也还要可以以后做给
别人看。
所以这个电脑智慧的根基，取名为"电算盘"，一定
要有制造和应用所谓机器人的能力。这样的，在电脑
里的机器人，我们只好叫他"软件机器人"。 
其实软件机器人是无形中被自动地建立的。它只是个，
一五一十的，人和电脑来回对答的记录。只是这些对
答也被安置为可以以后再被重播给别人看。
但电算盘最重要的功力就是要做到可以吸引最大量的
人来合作。这就是它一定要简便到，那些没有电脑背
景的人都可以，不学习就开工。 
这需要"自然语言"。
什么是自然语言？它的第一要求就是当地的语言，如
中文或英文。但那是绝对不够的。它必定要有思考的
能力！
因为"思考"是普通一般人都不能胜任和最不想做的
事。所以我们只能要求他们只需要告诉电脑他要解决
的问题，然后一切都由电脑，多半还有软件机器人相
陪，或当导师，来引导人和电脑的对答，去带领完成
任务。
久而久之，所有世界上的问题都会交到软件机器人的
手里。如果那些问题可包刮如何控制硬件机器人和任
何自动制造硬件的机器，那我们基本上就踏进了自动
化时代。
不要开心太早。电算盘是三十年前发明的，加州大学
和波音飞机公司合作的产品。但三十年后，不但没人
在用，连波音自己却选择了去用了，它的对手：那没
有一丝软件根基后盾的"人工智慧"，而闯下了今天
那波音737的大祸，至今还没有解决的方法。
而，当我们离开了波音后，我自己却已用了电算盘去
设计了太空原子炉，不只一次为通用电气的SP-100，
而又一次为洛克希德*马丁的Jimo，结果都很成功。 可
惜那时美国的太空工业已预先垮掉了。
中国现在的人工智慧的热潮，可能也要等到，所有没
有被打根基的"人工智慧软件"，扩张到不能承受自己的
体型和重量时，而垮下来才停止，就像波音737 。
中国的超级电脑的"银河"团队，因为当年对电算盘
稍有好感，和我一起在九零年代就开动了银河超级电
脑的制造。
他们在2008年完成了银河一号，我就去把电算盘做了
一次详细的演示。那银河的总设计师，周教授，虽然
欢迎我去用银河电脑，但听到了我们有公开式的软件
发展的想法，预测了世界还需要进步二十年后，才会
肯去适应这种做法。
虽然2028年还没到，但是Tianhe-3 and 5G却先到
了一步，跟着又是冠状大流行。 而当我听到中国最近
海南岛开放开发的计划，我的直觉是：机会来了。
世界不行，但我们亚洲行。如习近平能大量到让海南
变成一个微亚洲，由中国，日本和韩国所组成。这样
强的团队，是应该由能耐去做件超时代的项目。那就
是用，银河，5G，电算盘去开动全自动化时代。
但是，这次的现代化，不能没有封建制度的适当监督，
否则可能又会变成另一个美国。
在封建可让我们团结时，他也可以同时指示所有的自
动化的基本设施，必须是要公有化的。在展开电算盘
的作业时，封建还可提醒每个参加者应有一定的道德
水准，来分享自动化的一切成就。
最后我想申明一下我个人对科学的看法。那"<封建
XXX->∞"是在说科学一定要用封建来规范它的界限。
人类绝对不能（那就是"XXX"）无限制的（∞）发展成
那种永生，但无人性的机器人。
Brain+Computer=>Computer Intelligence>> Artificial 
Intelligence∞
How many symbols and words we have to analyze on 
the ancient stones in order to know what they were 
busy them doing in those old days? But today 
communication is much simpler.  Still, it sometimes 
can take talking to death to find that no one would 
believe what to do for the future. So I have chosen to 
engrave the above symbols and words to guide people 
to do the right thing without digressing into blind alleys 
and dead ends.
"Brain + Computer => Computer Intelligence" is used to 
indicate that the human brain plus the computer is used 
to create and improve the intelligence of the computer.
"Computer Intelligence>>Artificial Intelligence" is to 
remind us that computer intelligence(or CI) is much 
more powerful than the human intelligence manifested 
through computer, or artificial intelligence（AI）.
"∞" is the ultimate task of feudalism to 
limit the endless development of intelligence and 
science.
The above explanation is for the benefit of the general 
public, but the following explanation is for those who 
are going to do the work, therefore must understand it.
Computer speed and memory are much greater than 
those of human brain. The advantage of the human 
brain is that many human brains can work on the same 
single computer. In addition, the mistakes made by the 
computer and the human brain are basically different in 
nature, so they can filter out each other's mistakes.
The above three points mean that many human brains 
should work together to increase the intelligence of the 
computer, and, in scientific pursuits, we want the 
computer to perform as the collective intelligence of 
human beings.
To achieve this goal, we first need to establish a 
foundation for creating computer intelligence. That 
foundation should allow everyone to work seamlessly 
on the same computer. And their personal tasks must 
be understandable by others. And the computer should 
not only understand it, but also be understandable by 
others and show them in a later time.
Therefore, the foundation of this computer intelligence, 
named "ROBACUS", must have the ability to generate 
and apply so-called robots that could replicate all the 
tasks on the computer in the future.  As such, we call 
them "software robots" for being part of the software 
in the computer.
In fact, software robots are built automatically and 
transparently to the users.  They are just verbatim 
recordings of human and computer conversations. 
These recording are also formed in a way that they can 
be played back to others later.
But the most important for ROBACUS is to be able to 
attract the maximum number of people to contribute to 
the effort. This must be made simple enough that there 
will be no learning curve, even for anyone who does not 
have any computer background.
This requires the ability to do "natural language 
programming".
What is natural language programming? Its first 
requirement is to be in the native language, such as 
English and Chinese. But that is far from enough. It must 
have the ability to think!
Because "thinking over a computer" is something that 
most people are not proficient at and do not looking 
forward to do it. So we should only ask them to just 
describe the problem to the computer that they want to 
solve, and then everything else will be either done by 
the robots or led by the computer, each step of the way, 
to guide them to complete the task.
Over time, all the problems in the world will be in the 
hands of software robots. If those problems can include 
how to control hardware robots and any machines that 
automatically manufacture hardware machine, then we 
have basically entered the era of automation.
Well, things are really not all that optimistic. ROBACUS 
was invented thirty years ago, a collaboration of the 
University of California, Berkeley, and Boeing Computer 
Services. 
But thirty years later, not only was nobody using it, but 
even Boeing itself chose to use its rival, the "artificial 
intelligence" approach, which had no software 
foundation to speak of, thus finally led to today's 
Boeing 737 debacle, which, thus far, has no solution yet.
However, when we left Boeing, I myself used ROBACUS 
to design the space nuclear reactor, SP-100, for General 
Electric, but also，JIMO， for Lockheed Martin, and the 
results were very successful. It is a pity that the 
American space industry had already collapsed by then.
The current boom in artificial intelligence in China may 
have to wait until some "artificial intelligence software" 
for not being built on a solid foundation, expands to the 
point where it cannot withstand its own size and crush 
by its own weight, resembling what happened to the 
Boeing 737.
Because the last survival of China supercomputer 
groups was impressed by ROBACUS, we started the 
collaboration on Tianhe supercomputer as early as the 
early 1990's. 
The group debuted Tianhe-1 in 2008, and I went to 
Changsha, China, to give a detailed demonstration of 
the ROBACUS and its future plans. The chief designer of 
the Tianhe, Professor Zhou, although welcomed me to 
use the Tianhe computer, but, upon hearing that we 
were planning to public and open collective software 
development, he commented that the world will not be 
ready to accommodate such an undertaking for another 
two decades .
Although 2028 hasn't arrived yet, but Tianhe-3 and 5G 
are all here already, followed by the coronavirus 
pandemic. And when I heard about China's recent 
development plan for Hainan Island, my gut feeling was: 
the time has come.
The world cannot cut it, but Asia can. For example, only 
if Xi Jinping can be generous enough to allow Hainan 
Iland to become a Micro-Asia, composed of China, 
Japan and South Korea. Such a strong team should be 
able to undertake a project far beyond its time. That 
project should be to use, Tianhe, 5G, ROBACUS to 
initiate the era of automated.
But this modernization this time should not go alone 
without proper supervision by feudalism, or else it 
might just create another America.
When feudalism helps us to unite, it can also make sure 
that all automation infrastructure be in the public 
domain.  While working with ROBACUS, feudalism can 
also remind each participant to abide by a high moral 
standard, that is to share the fruits of automation with 
others.
Finally, I want to state my personal views on science. 
That "∞" is to say that science must use 
feudalism to set its boundaries. Human beings must not 
(that is, "XXX") develop infinitely (∞) into the kind of 
immortal robots at the expenses of their humanity.
