把海南变成一个微亚洲
海南发展项目最重要和最紧迫的目标是使其成为一个
微亚洲。其目的是解决人才招聘问题，并实现由中国，
日本和韩国的亚洲统一目标。
尽管通常在考虑统一之时，我们会想到土地合并。但
是，正如每在与人有关的事务中一样，优先考虑必须
是人。
因此，海南岛将根据中国，日本和韩国的人口划分为
三个自治区。这将使新移民到该岛的人感到他们的区
只是一个家外之家。
每个地区都有自己的港口，因此每个国家都可以认为
所有贸易基本上都是国内贸易。文化，语言和其他习
俗的障碍不会阻碍那大规模的移民，这将是海南发展
成功的关键因素。
在那些区域的中心位置是一个超级计算机科学园。天
河超级计算人员将来管理他们的超级计算机，其余的
微亚洲人将进行软件自动化研究。
在五年内，这个微亚洲软件自动化中心将开始出口其
统一和自动化的概念。
中国，日本和韩国将汇聚在一起，成为一个新的"宏亚
洲"，甚至整个环太平洋地区也可以开始将自己视为一
个统一的地带，并最终用一条高速铁路将它相连在一
起。
随后成熟的软件自动化技术将用于使Macro-Asia的所
有行业自动化。可以预见，在未来十年内，世界将进
入自动化的新时代。

   TURNING HAINAN INTO A MICRO-ASIA
The most important and immediate object of the 
Hainan's development project is to make it a Micro-Asia. 
This is aimed at solving the problem of recruiting talents 
and reaching the goal of a unified Asia consisting of 
China, Japan and the Koreas.
Although, normally when we think of unification, we 
see a picture of merging of lands.  But as in all matters 
concerning people, it is people that must take priority in 
all considerations.
So, the Hainan Island will be cut up into three 
autonomous regions according to the populations of 
China, Japan and the Koreas.  This will allow the new 
migrants to the island to feel their particular region is 
just a home away from home.
With each region being given their own ports, each 
country can consider all commerce are basically 
domestic.  And the barriers of culture, language and 
other customs will not hinder the mass migration, 
which will be the key factor in the project's success.
Center to all the regions shall be a supercomputing 
science park.  The Tianhe supercomputing people will 
man their supercomputer and the rest of the 
Micro-Asians will do software automation.
Within five years, this Micro-Asia software automation 
center will start export its concept of unification and 
automation.  
China, Japan and the Koreas shall come together as a 
new Macro-Asia and even the whole Pacific Rim regions 
could start thinking about themselves as a unified 
region, which would eventually be connected with a 
high-speed expressway.
The then matured software automation technology will 
be used to automate all the industries in the Macro-Asia.  
It can be expected that within another decade, the 
world will be entering a new age of automation.
