美国的重建
尊敬的特朗普总统：
大家会有多么的惊奇！如果您成为有史以来最伟大的
总统！这将是对您无畏诚实性格的报应。
我已76岁，除了幻想拯救世界之外还有什么事情可
做？这与还年轻的您不同，仍然得再次去赢得连任来
完成"美国第一"的任务。
当今那些无所不知的年轻人只会嘲笑我们这些老糊
涂，因为他们永远不会理解勇敢和诚实的真正潜力，
而这些东西都有实用主义作为后盾。
20年前，我在完成了通用电气公司的太空原子炉
SP-100的设计和洛克希德*马丁公司的JIMO，我一步
深入了互联网讨论论坛的世界，但被踢出了100多次，
提交了100万篇文章，发表了算不清之多的评论。
基于在加州大学伯克利分校进行的研究并在波音超级
计算机中心的商业实施，我成为了软件自动化的权威。
我习惯性地做些最先进的奇异事情，包括重新学习中
文和写这样的信。
所以，相信我。我们会成功的。也就是说，如果我们
可以对自己有绝对的诚意。
以下是世界面临的挑战。请您试图一下，认真思考如
何解决它们。如果您不能，请给我一次机会在这里提
出一个可行的计划。
亚洲人正在为报复美国做准备。然后我们美国人正也
欠他们数万亿美元。他们可以轻松地利用这些数万亿
美元建造200艘航母来完成这项工作。
八世纪之前，中国明朝的郑和，实际上已拥有过这样
的舰队。他环游世界，但没有碰到什么值得征服的地
方。因此，中国就拆除了那舰队，并毁掉了所有有关
的知识产权，他们的价值之高可把当今的知识产权比
下到如同只是儿童玩具和女性珠宝之类的东西。
但是今天情况已经变了。中美正在为自己国家的生存
而对立。
即使亚洲失去报复的胃口，他们也很容易，以抛售那
数万亿美元使美国破产。
然后美国的挑战是冠状病毒的大流行。我曾在中国与
SARS和Covid-19居住过。在这里，我毫不保守的地
承认，我们美国确实需要中国的5000年大流行经验才
能幸免于像那在700年前席卷西方的大流行。
最后，美国黑人现时的苦境是被夹在病毒和饥饿之间。
他们的抗议和抢劫将会比冠状大流行持续更长时间。
这次，即使是那万能的治愈疫苗也来不及去救了。
而且，特朗普总统，尽管您竭尽全力帮助您的百姓，
但美国面临的上述问题不仅会严重降低您再次当选的
机会，而且还将确保美国终究的倒台。

为了阻止中国和亚洲对美国的敌对，您必须进行一个
您一生最大突破的谈判。也就是说，让中国购买所有
美国在亚太地区的军火库。这样一来，所有美兵都可
以回家了，该会为美国节省大量金钱和不必要的敌人。
但最重要的是，中国将没有借口建造这200艘航母。
为了平息黑人，这一次您真的可以给Pelosi一个特大
惊讶，而您也是唯一能做的成这件事的人。那就是，
通过国会的几万亿预算作为黑人百年免费劳动的偿
还， 因那劳动确实对美国今天的成就有免不了的贡
献。
这样做，也具有另一个必然的好处，那就是保留美国
对美元印刷机的特权。那是因为，中国和全世界也都
会感兴趣，他们已经花费了数万亿美元来帮助非洲黑
人。那印刷机显然是最方便帮忙的方式，现在可以放
心的让美国继续操作。
最后，关于冠状大流行，中国已摆脱了自己的困境，
并近日使所有中国人也摆脱贫困之后，中国还有什么
事要做？那莫非是帮全世界征服冠状大流行。自然会
从最佳搭档，现在又是最好的朋友，美国，做起。
让我以讲述我家的宠物"小精灵"和"兴兴"的故事来结
束这封信。小精灵是一只很不和平的"和平鸟"。 兴兴
是只西施狗，他会毫不犹豫地咬咬你。
其实，两者都喜欢咬人。但是他俩都丝毫不能咬痛任
何人。尽管如此，他们仍被视为我们家里的第一把成
员。
我衷心希望美国也会成为这样的第一。
         AMERICA'S REBUILDING
Dear President Trump：
How sweet it is!  If you turn out to be the greatest 
President ever!  It is the reward for your fearless 
honesty.
At 76, what else have I left to do but to save the world,  
unlike the youngster like you, who still had to get 
re-elected to finish your job of making "America First".
The know-it-all youths of today will only laugh at us old 
fools, that is because they would never understand the 
true power of courage and honesty, backed up by 
no-nonsense pragmatism.
After I finished optimized the design of the space 
nuclear reactor, SP-100 for G.E. and JIMO for 
Lockheed/Martin 20 years ago, I plunged into the world 
of Internet discussion forums, only to be kicked out 
more than 100 times, submitted a million essays, and 
posted so many that a billion has become my target.
As the world authority on software automation, based 
on researches performed at University of California, 
Berkeley, and implemented in the Boeing 
Supercomputing Center, I am used to cutting edge 
everything, including learning Chinese and this letter.
So, trust me.  We will succeed.  That is, if we can be 
absolutely honest to ourselves.
The following are the challenges facing the world.  
Think hard how you can solve them.  If you cannot, 
give me a chance with the action plan that I am 
proposing here.
The Asians are preparing for revenging America.  Then 
we Americans owe them trillions.  They could easily 
use these trillions to build 200 carriers to finish the job.
Eight century ago, Admiral Zheng He of China's Ming 
Dynasty actually had such a fleet.  He travelled the 
world but found nothing to conquer.  So, China just 
demolished the fleet, along with the intellectual 
properties that would make ours today children's toys 
and women's jewelries.  
But things have changed.  China and America are in a 
race for the survival of one.  
Even if Asia should lose the appetite for revenge, they 
could easily bankrupt America with the trillions.
Then there is the Covid-19.  I have lived with the SARS 
and Covid-19 in China.  Here, it takes little honesty for 
me to admit that we need China's 5000 years of 
pandemic experience to survive the same pandemic 
that devasted the West 700 years ago.
Finally, the black Americans is caught between the virus 
and starvation.  Their protests and looting will last 
longer than the Covid-19.  This time, even the 
cure-it-all vaccine is too late to help.
And, President Trump, for all your sincere effort to help 
your American people, the above problems America is 
facing are not only going to seriously lower your chance 
of getting re-elected, but also guarantee America's 
imminent down fall.
So, do you have a solution? If not, read on:
To stop China and Asia, you must negotiate the greatest 
deal of your life.  That is, getting China to buy all of the 
America's arsenals in Asia Pacific with the trillions.  
This would allow all the GI's to come home and save the 
country a lot of money and enemies.
But most importantly, China will have no excuse to 
build those 200 carriers.
To calm down the blacks, this time you could really 
shock the socks out of Pelosi's wits , as you have proven 
to be the one and only, by budgeting trillions as a 
repayment for a century's free labors, which has been a 
great contribution toward America's greatness.
This also has a corollary benefit of retaining America's 
privilege of the dollar printing press.  You see, China 
and the whole world are also interested and spent 
trillions to help the blacks in Africa.  The printing press 
is obviously the most convenient way to go, now 
trusted in America's good hands.
Finally, as to the Covid-19, what else has China to do, 
after getting over its own and lifted all Chinese out of 
poverty, than to subdue Covid-19 for the entire world, 
starting with its best partner, and now best friend, 
America.
Let me end this letter by telling the story about our pets, 
Pixie and Shin Shin.  Pixie was a Peace Bird that was 
not peaceful at all.  Shin Shin was a Shih Tzu, who 
would never hesitate to bite you.  
Actually, both like to bite.  But both were incapable of 
inflicting pain on anybody with their bites.  Still, they 
were treated as the First Member in our family.
I sincerely hope the same for America in the world.
